The 2024 Interim Meeting of the House of Delegates (I-24) will be held Nov. 8-12, 2024, at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort, Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Prior to the meeting, the speakers will be providing regular updates. As the speakers provide these updates, they will be posted to this page.

  1. Nov. 4 update

    1. The preliminary reference committee reports are available for review and information provided for the committee hearings and meeting streaming access.

  2. Oct. 10 update

    1. The speakers announce vacancies in the AMPAC Board of Directors and the Council on Legislation.

  3. Oct. 3 update

    1. The HOD Delegate Handbook has been posted and the Online Reference Committees open on Friday, Oct. 4.

  4. Sept. 29 update

    1. This speaker's update is a reminder of the upcoming Oct. 11 deadline for groups that wish to publicly endorse A-26 candidates.

  5. Sept. 13 update

    1. The speakers provide a reminder of the upcoming deadline for resolution submissions and announce the extended deadline for A-26 endorsements. 

  6. Aug. 27 update

    1. The speakers announce the opening of registration for the 2024 Interim Meeting, the date of online reference committees and a new virtual meeting for reference committees to develop preliminary reports.

  7. Aug. 2 update

    1. The speakers provide resolution submission deadlines for the I-24, announce the tentative schedule, and call for applications for the upcoming EVP/CEO search. 

  8. July 18 update

    1. The speakers further clarify group definitions for endorsements, and provide a new candidate code of conduct for the 2025 Annual Meeting election cycle.

  9. July 3 update

    1. The speakers provide clarification on the group endorsement deadlines for the upcoming elections, including a correction for the form deadline date. 

  10. June 28 update

    1. The speakers provide details on resolution submission deadlines, changes to the election endorsement process, and notifies members of available positions on various committees.

  11. June 21 update

    1. The speakers announce candidates for election at the 2025 Annual Meeting, provide an Election Committee report, request committee volunteers and announce vacancies on the AMPAC Board of Directors.
