This year, opportunities to meet with your members of Congress will also feature a special event to Fix Medicare Now hosted by AMA on Capitol Hill. Join fellow physicians during the afternoon of Tuesday, Feb. 11, at the historic U.S. House Cannon Caucus Room (390 Cannon House Office Building) and hear directly from the AMA president, chair of the AMA Board of Trustees and federal lawmakers working toward Medicare payment solutions. Speakers will be presenting from 2:30-3:30 p.m. Hors d’oeuvres, coffee and soft drinks will be provided. You are invited to wear your “white coat” to this event.

The AMA National Advocacy Conference (NAC) brings the power of organized medicine to our nation’s capital. Don’t miss your chance to:

  • Connect with industry experts, members of Congress and the administration, and others about federal efforts to improve health care.
  • Advocate on crucial health care issues affecting physicians and patients.

The AMA works to generate support for policies critical to the nation’s health care system—and we can’t do it without your help. Learn more about ways to get involved with AMA advocacy.
