A-25 election official candidate notification
Review the official candidate notification (PDF) for the 2025 AMA elections, listing members who have announced their intention to seek election at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the House of Delegates (A-25). Candidates’ announcements can also be found on the AMA elections webpage. Individuals considering becoming a candidate for any of the existing open or potential newly opened positions are encouraged to send an email with an electronic announcement card to [email protected] notifying us of your intention to be a candidate.
A-25 volunteer application
It is never too early to submit an application to serve on reference committees (other than F), Rules & Credentials Committee and as assistant tellers for A-25. Please complete the A-25 HOD Committee Volunteer Form and indicate all positions for which you would be interested in serving. You must complete this form to be considered for service at A-25 as previous forms are not retained. The deadline to submit the volunteer form is March 26, 2025, by noon Central.
All reference committees will meet virtually May 24-29, 2025, for their preliminary executive session and report reviews. The preliminary reference committee reports must be completed in time to be posted on May 30, 2025.

Registration is open for the 2025 AMA National Advocacy Conference, Feb. 10-12, 2025, at the Grand Hyatt Washington in Washington, D.C.
