Information about the 2025 MSS Annual Meeting will be provided as it becomes available. For information about the House of Delegates meeting visit the Annual Meeting of the HOD page.

Only credentialed delegates will be permitted to vote on policy matters and in elections. The credentialing form will be distributed to those who register for the meeting as a delegate/alternate delegate.

Portions of the 2025 MSS Annual Meeting, including MSS policymaking activities and select education sessions, will be broadcast live June 5-6. Register to access the members-only livestream.

Letter of Support

Students may request a Letter of Support addressed to your medical school dean, clerkship director, or advisor to verify your participation in the meeting. Submit your request by May 31. 

Funding Letter of Support

Students may request a Funding Letter of Support addressed to your medical school administrator or state medical society executive to gain funding for the meeting. Submit your request by May 31. 

Dates and deadlines have been established for MSS policymaking leading up to the 2025 MSS Annual Meeting:

• April 6: Final resolutions due (11:59 p.m. Central)
• April 13: Virtual Reference Committee opens (noon Central)
• April 20: Virtual Reference Committee closes (11:59 p.m. Central)
• May 19: Reference Committee report released
• May 29: Virtual extraction deadline

Visit the MSS Virtual Reference Committee forum to review and comment on policy proposals that will be discussed at the meeting. Items will be posted by noon on April 13. The deadline to submit comments for consideration by the MSS reference committee was April 20.
