Registration information will be posted once available. Registration is free for AMA Members.

Only credentialed delegates will be permitted to vote on policy matters and in elections. The credentialing form will be distributed to those who register for the meeting as a delegate/alternate delegate. 

Information for reserving a room, booking a flight, and child care will be posted once available.

Letter of Support

Students may request a Letter of Support addressed to your medical school dean, clerkship director, or advisor to verify your participation in the meeting. Submit your request by May 31. 

Funding Letter of Support

Students may request a Funding Letter of Support addressed to your medical school administrator or state medical society executive to gain funding for the meeting. Submit your request by May 31. 

Travel Grant

Funds are available to help marginalized and underrepresented medical students attend the meeting in person. Submit an application by April 13.

Dates and deadlines have been established for MSS policymaking leading up to the 2025 MSS Annual Meeting:

• April 6: Final resolutions due (11:59 p.m. Central) 
• April 13: Virtual Reference Committee opens (noon Central) 
• April 20: Virtual Reference Committee closes (11:59 p.m. Central)
• May 19: Reference Committee report released
• May 29: Virtual extraction deadline

Visit the MSS Virtual Reference Committee forum to review and comment on policy proposals that will be discussed at the meeting. Items will be posted by noon on April 13. The deadline to submit comments for consideration by the MSS reference committee is April 20 at 11:59 p.m. Central.

Elections will take place during the June meeting.
