Joined by Michael Shabot, MD, vice president and chief medical officer of Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, Dr. DuPree looked at the Joint Commission’s attempts to bring high reliability to health care. She and Dr. Shabot also provided a case study of one health system’s success.
