Online member forum
Watch your email for a link to visit the SPS online member forum between Sept. 3 and Sept. 17 to review and comment on SPS resolutions and other items of business in advance of the virtual SPS Assembly Meeting.
Virtual SPS Assembly “town hall” meeting
The virtual SPS Assembly will take place on Thursday, Sept. 19 at 7 p.m. Central.
In order to develop consensus opinions of SPS reports and resolutions, SPS members meet via teleconference prior to the House of Delegates handbook deadlines. A majority vote of those present via the teleconference helps guide the actions of the SPS delegate and alternate delegate.
The virtual meeting is open to all SPS members who choose to participate.
