David Gloss, MD

David Gloss, MD, is a member of the AMA Guides Editorial Panel and a neurologist who serves as the chair of neurology at Charleston Area Medical Center. Dr. Gloss has contributed to evidence-based medicine, by being the methodologist for more than 25 American Academy of Neurology guidelines. He helped with the latest edition of the American Academy of Neurology Guideline Manual, and wrote the American Epilepsy Society Guideline Manual. He is a Cochrane contributor. He has chaired and/or been involved in evidence-based medicine committees for the American Epilepsy Society, American Academy of Neurology, and the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society.
